I have configured remote printing but it is not working.

A PDF program opens on the remote computer instead:
Step 5 of Part 2 was missed. Open PDFCreator → Profiles → delete the "Open file/directory" action with the trash icon → click the green
Either you printed to "Microsoft Print to PDF" (choose PDFCreator instead), or the switch in Part 2 Step 4 is still on Interactive. Change it to Automatic.
Nothing happens at all:

Your browser blocked the pop-up. Look for a small blocked-popup icon at the right end of the address bar. Click it and choose Always allow. Print again.
Still not working?
Contact your administrator and tell them what you printed, what time, and which of the problems above matches. They can check the logs.
