If you're seeing the below update notification, it is completely fine to install it. We send updates periodically through the Web directly to the host computer to eliminate the need for clients to manually uninstall old clients and reinstall new ones.
Simply click the "restart now" option to run through the 30 second installer. You may also click "later" to install the update at a later time; but please note that certain features may require a pushed update to properly function.
